The hotel was perfectly located near the city center, making it easy to explore the sights on foot or by tram. The room was clean and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a refreshing shower. The friendly staff provided helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants. The breakfast offered a variety of choices to start the day off right. the hotel provided great value for the price.
The hotel could improve on the noise insulation to ensure a quieter stay.

The heating system wasn't working properly as the temperature outside wasn't cold enough, but the staff was understanding and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. The location was convenient, just a 15-minute walk to the city center.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was much bigger than expected, and the bed was huge and comfortable. The hotel is located in the historical center, close enough to walk to all locations but away from the loudness of the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The breakfast provided a great variety of hot and cold options, with a good selection of tea, coffee, and juices.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room wassuper clean and cozy. The location was convenient, with good restaurants nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Menu for breakfast could use some improvements, especially the coffee.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the great location near a street with high traffic. Despite being in the very center of the city, the hotel was situated in a peaceful area, away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with the receptionists being very nice and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything you could wish for, including a sink, towel rail, and some additional amenities. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of both hot and cold foods available, all included in the price, except for the terrible coffee.
All was fine, no complaints whatsoever.
